A.O.C. Côtes de Provence

GRAPE : Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon.
SOIL : Clay – Chalk/Limestone - Schist.
CLIMATE : Mediterranean.
YIELD : 42 hl / hectare.
HARVEST : Manual and selected.
VINIFICATION : Starting with a cold maceration and finishing at 32°C obtaining suppleness and substance.
AGEING : The ageing is effectuated in the vats to preserve primary and secondary aromas.
 

Tasting

From the colour ruby, this wine deploys the aromas of red fruits and its fine but warm tannins, thus permitting to be an excellent choice for accompanying red meats and game and cheeses.

Evolution

At it’s finest between 4 and 7 years.
