GRAPE : Grenache, Cinsault. SOIL : Clay – Chalk/Limestone.
CLIMATE : Mediterranean.
YIELD : 48 hl / hectare.
HARVEST : Manual and selected.
VINIFICATION : A bled rosé following maceration after harvest of 10 to 12 hours. In order to accentuate the aromas and richness, the fermentation is under temperature control, maximum 16°C.
AGEING : Aged on lees during four months, 2% is aged in oak barrels.

This rosé of character posses elegant aromas and withheld structure.
These characteristics, as with the whites, keep their fullness during the first three years. To be drunk between 10 and 12°C to appreciate its body.
