Le Château rosé 2017
This pleasurable rosé posses an elegant pale rose colour, very flamboyant aromas, well balanced, fresh and persistant in the mouth. To be drunk between 8 and 10°C to appreciate its body.

A bled rosé following maceration after harvest for 12 to 18 hours. In order to accentuate the aromas and the richness, the fermentation is under temperature control at maximum 16° C.
Aged on lees during 4 months before bottling.
