VINIFICATION : A cold maceration before fermentationfor four hours, then natural fermentation in oak barrels.
AGEING : Aged on lees with "batonnage" (stirring) for 5 months before being bottled.

The softness of this wine is equalled by the vivacity and the volume of its aromas.
In preference to be drunk within four years.
