Tasting

The long ageing in oak barrels through to the spring, insures a perfect marriage of fruity and woody flavours, giving strengh, volume and persistence that will enchant you whilst accompanying your gastronomic diners with a touch of originality. Will also marry well with dishes that habitually would be served with red wines.

Evolution

This rosé aged in oak barrels will age with finesse (2 to 5 years).
