LE CHATEAU - Rosé 2011
A.O.C. Côtes de Provence

GRAPE : Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault.
SOIL : Soil argilo-calcaire et schisteux.
CLIMATE : Mediterranean.
YIELD : 55 hl / hectare.
HARVEST : Manual and selected.
VINIFICATION : A bled rosé following maceration after harvest for 12 to 18 hours. In order to accentuate the aromas and the richness, the fermentation is under temperature control at maximum 16° C. 

AGEING : Aged on lees during 5 months before bottling.
 

Tasting

This pleasurable rosé posses an elegant salmon colour, very flamboyant aromas and well balanced and persistant in the mouth. To be drunk between 10 and 12°C to appreciate its body. 

 

Evolution

 

These characteristics keep their fullness during the first three years.
